Key Responsibilities: • Account Setup & Optimization • Create new Instagram accounts following agency guidelines. • Set up bios, profile images, highlights, and story covers to match branding. • Link accounts correctly with tracking links, landing pages, or funnels. • Ensure all account settings (privacy, two-factor authentication, email/phone verification) are properly configured. • Install and manage any third-party tools required for account management. • Audience Engagement • Interact daily with U.S.-based Instagram users through likes, comments, follows, and DMs. • Respond naturally to comments and messages to build trust and relationships. • Use polls, questions, and story features to boost engagement among U.S. audiences. • Growth Activities • Research and target U.S.-based communities, competitors, and hashtags for engagement. • Follow and interact with relevant users to attract organic U.S. followers. • Test trial reels, trending sounds, and formats popular in the U.S. market. • Content Interaction & Boosting • Ensure posts receive strong engagement during the first few hours of posting. • Help increase visibility using U.S.-specific hashtags, captions, and trends. • Monitor and support posting schedules to maximize U.S. reach. • Traffic Quality Control • Ensure traffic generated is primarily from U.S. demographics. • Track results and adjust strategies if engagement is outside of the target region. • Reporting & Research • Provide daily/weekly updates on growth, engagement, and traffic quality. • Research U.S. trends and provide suggestions for content and engagement. • Maintain organized records of account setups and engagement activities. Required Skills & Qualifications • Must be based in the United States with a clear understanding of U.S. culture and online behavior. • Experience setting up and optimizing Instagram accounts. • Familiarity with U.S. slang, memes, and trending Instagram content. • Excellent written English with a conversational, natural tone. • Proven knowledge of Instagram growth and engagement strategies. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in spotting new opportunities.
