This role is essential to our smooth day-to-day operations, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, effective at managing time, and enjoys interacting with patients in a positive and professional manner. Description Position: Scheduler/Receptionist Location: 100% Pay: $18 per hour Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Key Responsibilities: • Manage patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are booked and rescheduled as needed. • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text to confirm, remind, and follow up on appointments. • Respond to inquiries and general questions from patients in a timely and professional manner. • Help maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with managing appointment calendars. • Coordinate with clinicians to ensure proper scheduling of appointments and availability. • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the practice. Qualifications: • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred, but not required. • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking with patients and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text. • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online scheduling software, email, and text communication. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
