UPS is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Meet set targets for data entry volumes and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in data entry or administrative work is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in logistics or e-commerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with UPS systems or platforms is beneficial.
