Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in making travel reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure accuracy in booking details and manage changes or cancellations as needed
- Maintain knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- No prior experience is needed; training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
