Job Description:
• Support workforce expansion efforts by strengthening outreach, recruitment strategy, and market analysis initiatives.
• Identify, attract, and engage qualified healthcare contractors.
• Conduct targeted outreach to healthcare professionals and contractor networks.
• Develop and maintain a Healthcare Contractor Recruitment Guide.
• Perform salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy plan to meet current and projected needs.
• Track key recruitment metrics and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic research and data analysis skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to travel to attend meetings in person 10-20%.
