Territory Sales Manager – Stainless Steel Tanks

Watson Metal Masters is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Stainless Steel Tank market. The ideal candidate communicates with integrity, creates customer enthusiasm, and excels in solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow solution-focused sales for Watson Metal Masters tanks
- Support end users, distributors, and dealer networks
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals in your territory
- Plan and prioritize sales activities efficiently
- Travel approximately 25% and attend trade shows across the U.S.
- Follow up on leads and manage your own project estimates
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience; manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when on-site
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs routinely and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Must follow safety procedures, including wearing safety glasses and steel-toe boots
