I'm looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can, through Zoom 1-2-1 sessions, coach me on my CV and interview technique. And who could potentially represent me and reach out to other recruiters for the right roles. Extra *bonus* if you are hiring for roles that I could be a fit for!
Your Skills:
-Experienced in hiring for Business Analyst, Business Architect, Data Strategy/Migration/Analysis roles
-Experience hiring perm or contingent with enterprise clients.
-Understand the soft skills of Data and Architecture - being able to bridge the technical - operational divide
-Skilled at selling a "wildcard" into the client
My Profile:
-Data Migration/Visualisation/Analysis/Strategy/Architecutre
-SDLC / Agile / Waterfall
-Founded a startup with developers that got acquired
-Worked for Water Utility (10 years), Telecoms (5 years) and as a consultant.
-Part 15 years as contractor.
-Lots of experience on Regulated projects.
-Most of my skills are when I had a "Data Analyst" role, but performed a lot of other tasks. This is hard to shake...
-Very experienced hands-on technology, can cut through the noise to find the hidden problem that many others miss.
-Excellent communication skills that help leadership to get digital to achieve their goals.
My issues
-I need to reframe my experience so I can start moving into Business Architecture.
-I'm not getting any interviews.
-I feel my skills are too general. I've done so many different roles which gives me unique skills, but which it's hard to stand out with.
-I have spent my life performing Business Analyst jobs but I just didn't have the job title
-I'm struggling to know which adverts to apply to and how much effort to put into modifying my CV
-I don't want to go back to implementation, but start working up the management ladder. I'm fairly well skilled and have done a lot of the groundwork, but lack the "proof" role title.
My "Ideal" Goals
-To get a BA job quickly. I'm happy to take a step down.
-To later get a job in Government and have SC clearance, performing a Principle or Lead BA role.
-To eventually land a Business Architect role in a large consultancy
