Description
• Oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Management Company Tax experience
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's financial position.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide tax-related guidance and support.
• Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure proper application.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and supporting documentation.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Identify and mitigate potential tax risks for the organization.
