About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who is ready to move beyond basic keyword searching and dive into the art of talent mapping, data integrity, and high-touch outreach.
You will partner directly with our Lead Sourcer to execute complex searches. Once the "nut is cracked" on a search strategy, you will execute on that strategy by finding the talent, managing the outreach, and ensuring our Ashby ATS is a high-quality source of pipeline data and rich candidate data. You'll also support with pipeline reporting, talent research, and coordination across our open roles.
What You’ll Do
• Actionable Sourcing: Interpret intake notes from kickoff calls to build robust candidate pools. You won't just follow a list; you’ll critically think about "potential fits" based on nuanced requirements.
• Outreach Management: Enroll candidates into personalized email sequences and manage follow-up cadences via LinkedIn to ensure high response rates.
• Talent Mapping & Research: Build candidate matrices in Ashby and conduct market research to identify target companies and talent hubs.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain impeccable ATS hygiene and run recruiting pipeline reports to support our data-driven approach to hiring.
• People Ops Support: Assist with recruiting operations to ensure a seamless experience for both the candidates and the companies we represent.
You Could Be a Fit If You:
• Have 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting operations, and/or full-cycle recruiting
• Have experience building searches Linkedin Recruiter
• Have experience doing market and talent research and providing actionable talent insights
• Enjoy being the project manager of a search, operating behind the scenes to ensure the process is moving smoothly
• Have a strong foundation in recruiting operations and processes
• Have an appreciation for the nuance of sourcing talent at a high level
• Are deeply organized and take pride in keeping a clean ATS system
• Are deeply curious and coachable
• Believe every day matters when it comes to closing a role, and operate with appropriate urgency
