Job Title: System Administrator L3 (Endpoint)
Location: Alpharetta Or Cincinnati(Remote)
12 months contract
Must have skills: Intune, Tanium, Patch Management, JAMF, Code42 admin console, Windows Migration Support, M365 Endpoint
Key Responsibilities
• Own and maintain operational stability of DWT Endpoint platforms, tools, and services.
• Manage and support a complex endpoint orchestration ecosystem integrated with security tools, identity platforms, authentication systems, and internal operational tools.
• Perform platform monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management across all endpoint services.
• Ensure platforms remain current through product enhancements, patches, and updates, following standard change control processes. Technical Leadership & Escalation
• Act as the L3 technical escalation point for complex incidents, service requests, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Lead and support critical incidents, crisis management, and major outage resolution.
• Partner with Service Desk and L2 teams to drive timely and effective issue resolution.
• Own and administer endpoint orchestration and management tools including:
• Microsoft 365 Admin Portal
• Microsoft Intune
• Tanium
• JAMF
• Microsoft PowerShell (device management and automation)
• Partner with internal teams to build and integrate platform monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities to enable selfservice and reduce manual effort.
• Align with DWT Software Automation teams to log, prioritize, track, and periodically review automation initiatives. Security & Compliance
• Work closely with Cyber Security teams to identify vulnerabilities and perform security patching on managed endpoints.
• Enforce least-privilege access policies for all administrative access via
SAPM/PAM.
• Implement governance for granting, reviewing, and revoking administrative access with proper documentation.
• Support Digital Forensics investigations, including data exports and system image snapshots as required.
