Job Title: Sr. Epic Clindoc / Stork Implementation Consultant
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Epic Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in Clindoc and Stork modules to lead full-cycle Epic implementations within large healthcare environments. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive design, build, integration, and optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Epic Clindoc/Stork implementation lifecycle
• Manage and mentor a team of Epic analysts to ensure successful delivery
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Clindoc/Stork modules
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless system integration
• Gather, analyze, and translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions
• Design workflows, system configurations, and functional specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; propose solutions
• Support testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
• Drive continuous process improvements across applications and projects

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Epic implementation experience
• Strong experience in full lifecycle Epic implementations
• Active Epic Certification (Clindoc & Stork required)
• Experience working with large healthcare systems
• Strong knowledge of workflows, configuration, and integrations
• Proven leadership or team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Clinical background (RN, healthcare domain, etc.)
• Experience with 2+ full lifecycle Epic implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
• OR
• Master’s Degree / Advanced clinical degree with leadership experience
• OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Model
• 80% Remote / 20% Onsite
• Must be available to be onsite within 48 hours if required
Additional Responsibilities
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and team members
• Support documentation: BRDs, FRDs, test plans, release notes
• Participate in system optimization and enhancement initiatives
• Assist in hiring/interviewing team members when needed
