We're a US-based digital marketing agency seeking a detail-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to own paid media execution and analytics for our e-commerce clients.
This is a FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM position (40 hours/week). We're building a team, not hiring for a quick project.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance daily — flag issues before they become problems
• Analyze GA4 and Shopify Analytics data — turn numbers into actionable insights
• Create design briefs for ad creative (work with our design team)
• Communicate campaign results to clients via Teams/Google Chat
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to work faster — we're an AI-first team
YOU HAVE:
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in paid media (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
• Strong GA4 skills — can build reports, segment audiences, troubleshoot tracking
• E-commerce/Shopify experience preferred
• Excellent written English — can explain data to non-technical clients
• AI curiosity — you already use ChatGPT/Claude or similar for work
• Responsive — you reply to messages within 2 hours during work hours
REQUIREMENTS:
• Based in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or Ecuador)
• Available 40 hrs/week with full overlap with US Eastern time (9am-5pm ET)
• Comfortable with async communication (Slack, Teams, email)
• Occasional calls outside normal hours for urgent issues
