• In this critical role, you will be instrumental in managing legal risk and supporting the company's expansion across multiple functional areas.
• You will provide comprehensive legal counsel and strategic advice to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders on a broad spectrum of matters.
• This includes advising on new initiatives and services, as well as handling a wide array of corporate, transactional, and regulatory issues.
• A significant portion of your responsibilities will involve providing expert guidance on labor and employment law matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential disputes.
• You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and other third-party arrangements.

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, with a significant portion focused on in-house corporate legal work or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
• Proven expertise in labor and employment law, including advising on compliance, investigations, and dispute resolution.
• Substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements).
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, organizational structure, and compliance matters.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
