We are looking for a reliable short-form video editor for ongoing weekly work (7 videos per week).
Our content is fast-paced, founder-led, and optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We are seeking someone who understands viral pacing, strong hooks, and bold on-screen captions.
Scope of Work:
Edit 7 short-form vertical videos per week
Fast-paced cuts with strong retention-focused pacing
Large, bold captions (bright color overlays preferred)
Clean jump cuts and engaging visual rhythm
Strictly editing only (no on-camera or UGC creation required)
Async collaboration is fully acceptable
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Demonstrated experience editing TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
4.8★+ rating with strong client feedback
Experience with CapCut and/or similar captioning tools
Ability to replicate viral-style edits (strong hooks, dynamic pacing, engaging text overlays)
Reliable weekly availability
