Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of systems and applications. This role requires strong knowledge of software development, system architecture, and web technologies, with an emphasis on supporting both front-end and back-end components. The Support Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of our digital infrastructure and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
Duties
• Provide technical support for software applications, web services, and infrastructure components across various platforms.
• Good understanding/knowledge of all applications development, maintenance and support across an IT enterprise
• Conduct unit testing and participate in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes following Agile methodologies.
• IT Experience in a distributed client/server or web services environment or equivalent experience in the IT Profession
• Service/Help Desk experience/knowledge for software support with the preference of ServiceNow or an equivalent software solution
• Document technical procedures and support workflows to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
• Ability to create and maintain required documentation. It includes documenting customer requirements, design flows and systems flows
• Understanding of the Best Practices and standards for application processes an security measures to prepare documentation
• Ability to evaluate and analyze applications and define problems effectively to make recommendations
• Basic knowledge and understanding of software code maintenance, configuration review and SDLC
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills are required for collaboration within teams.
• Relevant certifications or hands-on experience with required skills are preferred.
