Aubrant Digital is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who can serve as the definitive platform authority for a complex, multi-module ServiceNow environment. This is not an execution-only role; you will be the go-to resource for platform strategy, solution design, and hands-on delivery across the full ServiceNow ecosystem. You will own the technical direction of the platform, advise stakeholders on best practices, and translate business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.
Platform Development & Module Ownership
· Platform & Core Development (ServiceNow platform customization, scripting, and configuration)
· ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
· HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
· Service Portal & Workspaces (Employee Service Center, Agent Workspace)
· Integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
· ITOM & CMDB
· Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
Delivery & Collaboration
· Operate within agile delivery cycles; contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery with consistent output quality.
· Partner with cross-functional teams across time zones, maintaining clear communication and shared accountability for outcomes.
· Produce and maintain thorough technical documentation; design decisions, configuration specs, and runbooks; as a non-negotiable delivery standard.
Quality & Platform Health
· Lead impact analysis prior to all changes and enforce change management discipline across environments.
· Support platform upgrades, patch cycles, and health assessments with a proactive, structured approach.
· Continuously drive improvements in platform performance, maintainability, and end-user experience.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
· 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow consulting, development, and administration experience in professional client or enterprise environments.
Technical Requirements
· Deep proficiency in ServiceNow architecture: tables, forms, data relationships, inheritance, and application scoping.
· Strong JavaScript skills applied across Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and API integrations.
· Front-end development skills for Service Portal: HTML, CSS, and AngularJS widget development.
· Solid understanding of CMDB data models, CI relationships, IRE, and Discovery fundamentals.
· Experience managing update sets, cloning pipelines, and multi-instance environment strategies.
Nice to Have
· Experience with Virtual Agent / NLU configuration.
· Exposure to Financial Management module (cost modeling, allocations).
· Experience supporting US-based clients across time zones.
· Familiarity with GRC or advanced SPM configurations
