What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop custom Salesforce code and configurations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Create integration components and interfaces between Salesforce and other systems
- Produce technical design documentation and solution diagrams
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production releases
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and produce technical documentation for team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex enterprise environments
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative development
- Experience working in multi-tenant or shared Salesforce environments
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and role-based access controls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification
- Experience supporting CRM implementations in federal or large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar front-end capabilities
- Experience working with enterprise IT governance and OCIO-led platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
