Senior Salesforce Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our remote team in the Philippines.

This role involves developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for business needs, working with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, deployments, and both backend and frontend development. The developer will participate in agile ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, and technical planning while ensuring high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

While Service Cloud expertise is required, experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you'll get to

• administer, configure, customized custom development in Salesforce.com (Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds)
• develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce*, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
• custom User Interface development, including Visualforce* pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components** and Lightning Web Components
• take ownership of deployments and release cycles to implement and deploy new features and updates to existing applications and code
• collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business
• test (unit & systems), debug, have UAT coordination
• contribute to technical documentation.
• participate, communicate, and contribute to project planning, requirements elicitation, system design and team meetings with both the client and Onshore / Offshore team members
• perform other duties and tasks that though not documented here, are aligned with this role as it grows and evolves
