Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in digital engineering solutions
- Identify new sales leads and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and promote our offerings
- Structure and shape deals for value, demonstrating and providing input on Capgemini offerings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
Essential Qualifications
- 8-10 years of sales experience selling engineering and design services, preferably in the digital engineering space
- Strong knowledge and understanding of client's business, with a proven track record of building senior-level client relationships
- Experience selling complex, sophisticated business models to high-tech sector clients
- Ability to lead large or multiple small programs, with a focus on value selling and high-value models of selling
- Strong background in solution selling, with experience in digital engineering, manufacturing, and design
