Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Remote Senior Recruiter to serve as a key recruiting partner for GXA. This role goes beyond technical recruiting and will support hiring across a wide range of functions including engineering, service delivery, cybersecurity, sales, marketing, operations, administrative, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate is a strong recruiter who knows how to identify quality talent, assess fit, communicate professionally, and keep recruiting pipelines moving. This person should be comfortable supporting a growing company with diverse hiring needs and should be able to recruit effectively for both technical and non-technical positions. Key Responsibilities Recruiting Strategy & Talent Support · Develop and execute recruiting strategies for open roles across GXA · Help refine job postings, role profiles, and candidate messaging to attract stronger applicants · Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices · Support improvements to recruiting workflows, screening processes, and interview coordination Candidate Sourcing · Source qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization, including: o Technical and engineering roles o Help desk and service delivery roles o Cybersecurity and cloud positions o Sales and business development roles o Marketing roles o Operations and administrative roles o Management and leadership roles Candidate Screening & Evaluation · Conduct recruiter phone/video screens · Evaluate candidates for experience, communication, professionalism, and overall fit · Pre-screen candidates for technical, functional, and cultural alignment · Present only strong, qualified candidates to hiring managers Interview Coordination & Candidate Management · Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders · Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process · Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely follow-up and professional communication · Help move candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel Recruiting Operations · Maintain active candidate pipelines for priority roles · Track recruiting progress and provide regular status updates · Identify recruiting bottlenecks, candidate concerns, and areas for improvement · Support offer-stage coordination and closing efforts Roles This Recruiter May Support This role will support hiring across multiple business functions, including but not limited to: Technical / Service Delivery (Majority of the roles) · L1 / L2 / L3 / L4 Engineers · Infrastructure Engineers · Network Engineers · Cloud Engineers · Cybersecurity roles · Help Desk / Service Desk team members · Technical project and operations roles Sales · Inside Sales Representatives · Outside Sales Representatives · Business Development roles · Sales support positions Marketing · Marketing Coordinators · Event and Program Coordinators · Digital marketing and campaign support roles · Content-related roles Operations / Administrative / Leadership · Dispatchers and coordinators · Administrative support roles · Operational support positions · Department managers and other leadership hires Qualifications · Prefer candidates with strong IT recruiting backgrounds · Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead recruiting capacity · Strong track record recruiting across multiple functions, not just one specialty · Experience hiring for technical roles such as infrastructure, cloud, security, or service delivery is strongly preferred · Experience supporting hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and administrative roles is also important · Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills · Excellent verbal and written communication · Strong organizational skills and follow-through · Ability to manage multiple open roles at once · Comfortable working remotely and supporting a US-based company · Experience recruiting for MSPs, IT services firms, professional services firms, or growing SMBs is a plus What Success Looks Like · Strong, qualified candidate pipelines for open positions · Better candidate quality entering the interview process · Faster movement on open roles · Clear, proactive communication with hiring managers · A smooth and professional experience for candidates · Consistent recruiting support across both technical and non-technical departments
