We Are Hiring: Senior Quantitative Researcher (Contract / Freelance)
We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher with strong experience in crypto and fintech to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. This opportunity is open to talents across Asia, with priority given to Indonesia-based candidates.
Work Schedule:
09:00 PM – 06:00 AM WIB (aligned with the US team)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data cleaning and prepare datasets for analysis
- Join and analyze survey response data with behavioral data (experience with Snowflake is a plus)
- Create cross-tabulations and pivot tables
- Conduct sample re weighting
- Perform basic to advanced statistical analyses (e.g., factor analysis, cluster analysis, regression modeling)
- Utilize SQL and Python for data processing (R/SPSS is a plus)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quantitative research, preferably within crypto or fintech industries
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working night hours in a fast-paced, global environment
