Senior QA Automation Engineer | AI-First
We're looking for someone who thinks AI-first about quality, who naturally reaches for LLMs and intelligent automation as their primary toolkit, with the QA fundamentals to know when the AI is wrong.

About the Role
You'll own quality orchestration across mobile, web, and API surfaces. AI handles the heavy lifting on test generation, data creation, and failure triage. You apply expert judgment to strategy, risk assessment, and the edge cases machines miss.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in QA, including 3+ years with test automation.
- You design test strategies where AI handles generation, data synthesis, and first-pass triage, while you focus on architecture and risk analysis.
- You use AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a natural part of how you write and refactor test code.
- You prompt LLMs to produce test cases, edge-case scenarios, and synthetic data from specs, and you validate what comes back.
- You've integrated AI into real QA workflows: log analysis, flaky-test triage, root-cause suggestions, or similar.
- You build things: custom prompts, internal tools, reusable workflows.
- Proven experience testing mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Proficiency with Appium, Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, and API tools (Postman, REST Assured).
- Strong coding skills: Python (primary), JavaScript (secondary).
- Solid understanding of QA methodology and the SDLC.
Nice to Have
- Performance/load testing (JMeter, k6, Locust).
- CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test suites.
- Experience with contract testing (Pact) or observability tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks across mobile, web, and API, using AI to generate test code and your expertise to shape the architecture.
- Reduce regression cycles through intelligent test prioritization, not just more scripts.
- Build custom QA workflows: prompt libraries, automated triage pipelines, synthetic data generators.
- Own failure analysis by combining automated log parsing with your diagnostic judgment.
- Participate in the full development cycle from requirements to release, accelerating test planning and catching coverage gaps.
- Collect and report quality metrics, surfacing trends across test runs.
- Maintain version-controlled test scripts, frameworks, and supporting tooling.
- Experiment with new approaches and bring what works into daily practice.
