What we are looking for:As a Product Designer at Dynamic, you’ll take ownership of the design system and user experience across our platform - from our developer-facing SDKs to our internal dashboards. You’ll be responsible for delivering clean, functional, and scalable design solutions that align with our product roadmap and serve both highly technical and general audiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and marketing to ensure design excellence across every customer touchpoint.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to shape the design foundation of a category-defining fintech company.
The anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000–$200,000 for candidates located in the NY/Bay Area. In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes equity and a competitive benefits program.
Actual base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, required skills and experience, and your geographic location. Salary ranges are reviewed annually and may be adjusted based on market trends and internal equity. Offers are made within the applicable range at the time of hiring.
You will be a fantastic fit for this role if:You have 3 to 5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally with a mix of B2B and developer-facing tools
You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual design and UX thinking
You’re fluent in Figma and experienced in building and maintaining design systems
You’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally and advocating for design at every stage of the product lifecycle
You’re excited about fintech and Web3, and want to help shape the future of user experience in this space
2 to 3 years of experience building in the Web3 space for a notable Web3 company
You’re excited about Web3 and fintech, and want to work on infrastructure used by millions of users
You are located close to NYC, SF, Chicago, or Floripa (Brazil)
Own and evolve Dynamic’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across our SDKs, dashboards, and web properties
Design user-centric solutions for complex problems, especially in developer tooling and wallet infrastructure
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready designs
Organize and maintain clean, well-documented Figma files that are easy to scale and hand off
Set up and lead UX feedback processes, incorporating insights into iterative improvements
Help shape the design request process, including intake, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
Champion design quality and best practices across the company
