Senior Market Leader, Private Wealth

Job Description: • Perform pro-active sales calls, meetings, and sales campaigns to promote Blue Owl product offerings to existing and new private wealth investors. • Raise and retain assets under management within a geographic territory by conducting proactive phone calls, and one-on-one and group appointments. • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market, advisor, and investor trends. • Work closely with and actively support efforts of other Market Team members. Requirements: • 10+ years of total experience. • Strong and demonstrated experience raising capital from Regional & Independent Broker Dealers • Product experience in alternatives. • Knowledge of regulatory environments across the US. • Ability to navigate these jurisdictions from a sales and regulatory perspective. • Ability to work with a dynamic (i.e. continually growing and evolving) product set. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Exceptional ability to manage time, priorities, and internal expectations. • Exceptional work ethic and a desire to succeed. • Ability to travel to clients frequently.
