Job Description:
• Support, manage and drive enterprise strategic initiatives with heavy focus on financial and qualitative results
• Manage key enterprise performance initiatives, including monitoring critical milestones and financial benefit realization for larger scale initiatives
• Lead quarterly forecast updates and the annual budget, collaborating with cross-functional partners to align financial plans with performance targets
• Monitor key milestones indicative of initiative success and aide in performance management of initiatives from ideation through implementation/execution
• Track realization of benefits, including financial and qualitative key performance indicators
• Develop financial pro formas for new business initiatives to guide cost implementation, resource planning, and investment decisions
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting summaries prepared for Senior Management on initiative performance and status
• Review key performance indicator and financial benefit realization tracking methodology
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities within the department; partner cross-functionally to drive process improvement with internal partners (related to executing against initiative portfolio)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of financial/analytics experience
• Managed care or health insurance industry experience preferred
