Our team is looking for a Senior Golang Developer for one of our clients.
Our client is building a central backend platform to integrate multiple internal systems and external partners within the financial and core banking ecosystem.
The goal is to create a central, modular, event-driven monolith that serves as a communication and integration hub, encapsulating parts of the business logic and covering core processes related to: Customer data, Contract data, Securities data.
Responsibilities and tasks:
• Develop backend-heavy software components using Go (Golang)
• Implement internal functional components and business logic
• Integrate, control, and secure external APIs
• Build and maintain a stable, scalable integration and communication layer
• Implement event-driven processing logic
• Operate and further develop services within the AWS cloud environment
• Ensure data consistency, stability, traceability, and clean interfaces
• Collaborate closely with internal product and engineering teams
• Participate in database migration activities (customer and securities data)
• Support the design, implementation, and execution of data migration
• Contribute to reconciliation processes ensuring auditability and compliance
Our expectations of the candidate:
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong backend development experience with Go (Golang)
• Solid AWS experience (the higher the level, the better)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of Go fundamentals, ORM concepts, Basic Go frameworks
• Experience with modular and event-driven architectures
• Experience in data migration between databases
• Knowledge of data integrity, traceability, and compliance requirements
• Experience in the financial, banking, or securities domain
• Experience building or working with reconciliation tools
• Background in migrating customer and securities / portfolio data
• Experience working in regulated financial environments
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
