Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Finance BSA with deep expertise in finance transformation initiatives to lead process modernization, automation, and system optimization across finance functions. This role will partner with Finance leadership, Product, and Engineering teams to analyze current finance operations and design scalable, technology-driven transformation strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strong finance domain expertise with technical and systems knowledge, enabling them to translate complex finance processes into efficient, automated, and system-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead finance transformation initiatives across key areas such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and system-driven improvements.
• Define and drive finance process transformation roadmaps aligned with business growth and scalability.
• Partner with finance, product, and engineering teams to implement automation, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for ERP and finance system improvements.
• Lead process redesign workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions.
• Evaluate and implement finance automation tools, workflow platforms, and system integrations.
• Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and standardized finance processes across the organization.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision making and financial reporting improvements.
Required Skills
• Experience in Finance Systems, Finance Transformation, or Techno-Functional Business Analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes including AP, AR, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation or digital finance initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or finance platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce Billing, or similar).
• Experience designing automation, integrations, and system-enabled process improvements.
• Strong ability to bridge finance and engineering teams in a techno-functional capacity.
• Excellent skills in process mapping, solution architecture, and requirements documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience with RPA, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
• Exposure to data analytics or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Background in consulting, SaaS, or high-growth technology organizations.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or MBA Finance.
