Job Description Trinnex is seeking a Senior Digital Water Account Executive to join our growing team. Trinnex builds next generation digital tools and provides services that integrate utility data, business systems, models, geospatial data, and data science to solve complex engineering and environmental challenges. The Senior Digital Water Account Executive is responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Trinnex’s digital water solutions. This role partners closely with leadership and internal teams to deliver client focused sales strategies while following established sales processes and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and expansion of existing client relationships. • Develop and communicate clear value propositions and business outcomes to decision makers within client organizations. • Build, manage, and advance a robust sales pipeline across all stages of the sales cycle, including forecasting and revenue tracking. • Manage client relationships through regular engagement to understand needs, identify opportunities, and ensure long term partnership growth. • Translate client needs and pain points into tailored sales strategies for digital and SaaS based solutions. • Participate in contract negotiations and support timely resolution of client sales issues. • Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and client documentation within the CRM system (Salesforce). • Partner with leadership to support sales strategies, targets, and market positioning. • Provide feedback, guidance, and informal training to support team effectiveness. • Perform other duties as required. #LI-DNI Group TXM Employment Type Regular Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree. • 8 years of related experience. • Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Amount of Travel Required 20% Assignment Category Fulltime-Regular Visa Sponsorship Available No - We will not support sponsorship, i.e. H-1B or TN Visas for this position Skills and Abilities • Strong presentation skills and professional presence with the ability to influence and build trust. • Knowledge of the digital infrastructure market, particularly within the AEC and water/wastewater sectors. • Familiarity with GenAI, large language models (LLMs), and data science concepts. • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong planning and time management skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to perform effectively in fast paced, evolving environments. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels. • Experience researching target accounts and executing prospecting campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo. • Advanced interpersonal and collaboration skills, including conflict management and partnership building.
