To help us get there, we are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will:
Collaborate closely with development teams to prepare, secure, and execute application deployments.
Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security testing, including SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and container scanning.
Embed shift-left security practices into development and DevOps workflows.
Automate security controls across infrastructure as code (IaC), containers, and cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across various services and infrastructure layers.
Contribute to incident response efforts and post-incident analysis when needed.
Work in agile environments alongside globally distributed teams.
Promote DevSecOps best practices and help shape secure development processes.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive engineer who brings:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
A strong track record in automating and optimizing development and release pipelines.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and Linux system administration.
Experience working with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm.
A good understanding of microservices architecture.
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools such as Elastic Stack, Zabbix, or Nagios.
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in changing environments.
A solid grasp of the Shift Left philosophy and the ability to mentor teams on secure development practices.
Experience with agentless cloud-native security platforms like Wiz is considered a significant advantage.
Familiarity with the following tools and practices is highly valued:
SAST: SonarQube, CodeQL
DAST: OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite
SCA: Snyk, OWASP Dependency-Check
Secrets scanning: GitLeaks, truffleHog
Container scanning: Anchore, Grype, Trivy
