What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and facilitate the migration of financial, billing, and tax data from a legacy Cobalt mainframe to a modern SaaS platform
- Analyze current processes to identify gaps and propose optimized solutions

- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure data integrity and system accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in local government projects with knowledge of public sector regulations
- Proven experience in leading large-scale data migrations, particularly in financial, billing, and tax systems
- Familiarity with Cobalt mainframe systems and their data structures
- Experience with SaaS solutions implementation or integration focused on financial systems
- Strong analytical skills for requirements elicitation and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- Experience in change management strategies for technology transitions
