The role:
Own and drive ARR expansion by converting 1,500 mandated service providers into active MyPass users, with a focus on high-impact accounts. You'll develop and execute an outreach and segmentation strategy that prioritises the top 50 providers and turns contractual obligation into platform-wide adoption.Lead high-value expansion sales cycles end-to-end—from building relationships with key decision-makers to delivering tailored proposals and closing deals—while collaborating closely with Customer Delivery to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realisation.Act as the face of MyPass in the industrial services ecosystem, positioning our value proposition with credibility and commercial strength. You’ll monitor competitors, provide market feedback, and build strategic partnerships with local integrators and industry networks such as Veirsafe and Safer Together to drive sustained growth.
