Key Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions
- Arrive at scheduled shifts ready to answer incoming customer service calls and emails, ensuring seamless continuity.
- Utilize available technology and resources to respond to customer inquiries during business hours, meeting or exceeding productivity standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of retail and/or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on follow-through and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Availability and Scheduling
This is a full-time, remote position that requires availability to work one of the following shifts:
- Monday - Thursday 7a CST - 6p CST
- Tuesday - Friday 7a CST - 6p CST
- Friday - Monday 7a CST - 6p CST
- Monday - Thursday 10a CST - 9p CST
Exact days and hours are subject to change based on business needs, and may require some overtime and evening hours during holidays and peak seasonal periods.
