This role combines configuration and custom development to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with OmniCable’s growth strategy. Responsibilities & Duties • Administer Salesforce org: user management, security, profiles, permission sets, and release readiness, including license management • Configure Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages. • Develop Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components, and REST integrations. • Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunities; enforce duplicate rules and scheduled jobs. • Support Experience Cloud portals and OmniPoints program integrations. • Build reports/dashboards and partner with Analytics for KPI visibility. • Manage sandbox strategy, testing coordination, and Salesforce deployments, including post-release validation • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess requests, and translate business needs into technical solutions • Implement CI/CD pipelines (Git/Azure DevOps) and automated testing. • Collaborate with Cybersecurity on secure coding and compliance. • Review upcoming Salesforce releases/patches, manage upgrade cycles, and strategize implementation timeframes along with ongoing other projects. • Document functional requirements/specs and technical design documents. • Develop Proof of Concepts (POC’s) for analyze test and demo new feature functionality Work Experience Education & Training Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform Developer I required; App Builder and Experience Cloud Consultant preferred. Experience 5+ years Salesforce experience (2+ years Apex/LWC development, 2+ years admin). Skills: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, LWC, REST API, CI/CD, and data management. Preferred: Experience with B2B distribution/manufacturing and ERP integrations (Dynamics 365).
