About the Company
ONEMORE Pickleball Club is a fast-growing pickleball community focused on promoting the sport, building strong relationships, and creating engaging programs for players of all levels. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Partnerships Director to help drive membership growth, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Lead sales efforts to achieve membership, event, and sponsorship targets
• Develop strategies to grow membership and increase event participation
• Identify and pursue new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and members
• Develop customized sponsorship proposals and partnership opportunities
• Secure sponsors for leagues, tournaments, events, apparel, and programs
• Manage sponsor onboarding, fulfillment, and renewals
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity using a CRM system
• Support membership and coach inquiries related to programs and partnerships
• Represent the club professionally in virtual or in-person meetings and events
Qualifications
• Experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or account management
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
• Interest or passion for pickleball or sports communities is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• $5 – $10 per hour depending on experience
• Performance-based commission on sponsorship and sales revenue
• Optional monthly retainer
• Flexible schedule
• 1099 Independent Contractor
