<p>Our client, a <strong>software development startup</strong>, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic <strong>Sales Development Representatives</strong> to drive lead generation and outbound prospecting. This role is ideal for early-career sales professionals who thrive in competitive environments, enjoy building relationships, and are excited to grow into an <strong>Account Executive</strong> role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Execute outbound prospecting through <strong>cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement</strong> to generate qualified leads</li><li>Qualify inbound leads to assess fit, interest level, and readiness to engage</li><li>Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining consistent follow-up and activity tracking</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns that convert prospects into opportunities</li><li>Develop deep knowledge of the company's product offerings, value propositions, and competitive landscape</li><li>Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline performance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Were Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>1–2 years of experience</strong> in sales or business development, ideally within tech or software</li><li>Demonstrated track record of <strong>strong performance</strong> (e.g., beating quota, rapid promotions, competitive achievements)</li><li>Comfort with <strong>cold calling and outbound sales</strong> motions</li><li>Working knowledge of sales fundamentals, including <strong>CRM usage and ideal customer profiles (ICP)</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools</strong> preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly</li><li>Low-ego, high-ownership mindset with a strong team orientation</li><li><strong>Clear desire to build a career in sales as an Account Executive</strong></li><li>Background in or appreciation for the <strong>restaurant or hospitality industry</strong> is a strong plus</li></ul><p></p>
