We are seeking a skilled RevOps and CRM/Outreach Manager to streamline systems, manage our CRM, organize data, build and execute outreach sequences, and support predictable revenue growth. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent organization, and hands-on experience with outreach, automation, and CRM optimization.

A professional who can strengthen the tools, processes, and workflows that drive revenue. You must be confident working across CRM platforms, email marketing systems, and automation tools, while also supporting lead tracking, follow-up, and outreach across email and LinkedIn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing Setup & Optimization:
Build segmented email campaigns
Create multi-step nurture sequences
Improve deliverability, tracking, and performance
Support ongoing email execution
CRM Organization, Data Hygiene & Automation:
Clean and structure CRM data (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, etc.)
Automate workflows to reduce manual work
Set up pipelines, tags, and lifecycle stages
Develop dashboards and reporting
Lead Generation & Outreach Support:
Build targeted prospect lists
Execute LinkedIn and email outreach sequences
Use tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clearbit
Manage lead follow-up and tracking
Campaign Coordination & Visibility Support:
Assist with webinars, workshops, and virtual events
Support podcast outreach and content repurposing
Maintain calendars and SEO-aligned assets
Enhance brand visibility and engagement
Process Optimization & Project Coordination:
Document SOPs and refine workflows
Implement Asana/ClickUp task systems
Improve day-to-day operational efficiency
Ensure cross-functional alignment and scheduling
