Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Appraiser. The Residential Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property inspections, analyzing market data, preparing detailed appraisal reports, and determining property values in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. This role involves collaborating with clients, ensuring compliance with appraisal standards, and maintaining accurate records of appraisal assignments.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Property Inspections, Market Data Analysis, and Report Preparation
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends, Valuation Methods, and Appraisal Techniques
• Attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with regulations
• Proficient in appraisal software and basic computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills
• State licensure or certification as a Real Estate Appraiser (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
• Experience in residential property appraisals is preferred but not required
• A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is a plus
