Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Seller Expert (VC) to join our team at Workwarp. As a Seller Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing a strategy for managing key performance metrics for Amazon merchants. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in or willing to relocate to Romania. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance business for key producers (sellers) on Amazon sites Analyze and interpret large datasets to drive merchant traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue growth on Amazon Develop and execute a strategic account plan that delivers key business opportunities and significant KPIs for sellers and Amazon Build strong communication channels with sellers, set clear expectations, and manage towards a growth plan Conduct in-depth analysis on issues affecting merchants and develop recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience Provide thought leadership around planning, guides, and execution Establish long-term relationships with key merchant partners Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in Seller management, sales, post-sales, account management, or business development in managing B2B business Strong presentation skills, ability to offer perspectives consistently and concisely Data analysis skills - ability to collect, clean, interpret, challenge, and question data and provide solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility for achieving business goals Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail buying, retail planning, and allocation, product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce Understanding of and passion for e-commerce Advanced Excel skills What We Offer: A competitive salary of $30/hour, the opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce company, and a dynamic and supportive team environment.
