About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced horse people to join our customer care team as remote employees. As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers during our busy season, which runs from February 24, 2025, to August 1, 2025. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Seasonal Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Talking with arenaflex customers over the phone, partnering with them to make recommendations and provide creative solutions to meet their equestrian needs
- Promoting brand loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
- Increasing sales of our patented subscription-based supplements and other products by demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of our current product assortment
- Cultivating relationships with our customers by providing personalized support and building trust
- Driving brand-building initiatives through the execution of marketing programs and promotions
- Providing accurate account management and follow-up based on customer needs

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of hands-on equine experience – this is a must, as our customers are horse people and we need team members who can relate to their needs and concerns
- Focus and passion for helping customers and their horses, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Technologically savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Aptitude to quickly learn and confidently navigate new computer systems and tools
- Ability to offer creative and out-of-the-box solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers
- Proficient time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Telephone and/or retail background, with experience working with customers and providing support and guidance
- Confident, risk-taker with a great sense of humor and a positive attitude
- Exhibits sales aptitude and willingness to improve upon these skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support
Remote Technology Requirements
To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need:
- Access to high-speed Cable or Fiber Optic internet with a modem or wireless box – we'll provide a standard 4-foot CAT-6 line to ensure a reliable connection
- A mobile device that has the capability to download and access the Okta Verify application (free app)
- Applicant or a member of their household must be personally responsible for the bill received from their internet service provider in the event any IP address modifications are needed
