Responsibilities: • Welcome guests to the business with a friendly hello and express appreciation for their visit as they exit the premises. • Facilitate customer transactions via the utilization of cash registers. • The cashier's job involves verifying the prices of the merchandise, scanning them, accepting payments, and returning the correct amount of change. • Furnish proof of transaction, reimbursements, entry tickets, and currency exchange. • Address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, guide them through the resolution process, and furnish them with relevant information. • Regular cleaning and tidying of the checkout area can prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. • Scrutinize balance sheet transactions critically and notify management of any disparities.
