- Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting member and physician outreach to ensure seamless patient care.
- Enter member demographics and prescription information into our data processing system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues, demonstrating your expertise and problem-solving skills.
