Overview We’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our remote Patient Engagement Coordinator team here at Perfecting Peds. You’ll be the first point of contact, cold-calling families identified by their health plan, helping them understand our services and scheduling their first telehealth appointment. What You’ll Do: • Make outbound calls (cold calling) to families provided by our contracted health plans • Explain our services and schedule initial telehealth appointments • Communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism • Accurately document all interactions in various internal systems • Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings as needed What We’re Looking For: • Experience in patient outreach, call centers, scheduling, pharmacy tech, front desk, or healthcare navigation • Lived experience as a caregiver for a child or loved one with complex medical needs Required: • Reliable internet and a quiet, private home workspace • Availability for at least 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Comfortable making outbound phone calls to people all day long • Organized and detail-oriented What we Offer: • $20/hour base pay • Uncapped commissions for completed appointments ($2/appt) • All equipment provided (laptop, monitor) • Clock in / clock out model — you’re only paid for the hours you work • Mission-driven culture with a supportive remote team • Flexible part-time schedule (contract / 1099 role) This Role is NOT a Fit For: • Applicants looking for full-time employment or benefits • Applicants who already have a full-time job and are looking for supplemental income – this job is too demanding • Those without a consistent, weekly schedule availability • Candidates uncomfortable with phone-based work or outbound calls • Students or short-term job seekers To Apply: Please submit your resume and answer the screener questions provided.
