Remote Nurse Care Manager (Compact License – Multi-State) Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Target Coverage: Multi-State (Compact Licensure States) Licensure Requirement: Active RN Compact License (NLC) required Role Overview A rapidly growing telehealth organization is seeking a Nurse Care Manager to support patients across multiple states through a fully remote care model. This role focuses on coordinated, patient-centered care delivery, emphasizing chronic condition management, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and reduce care gaps. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse who is confident managing patients across state lines and thrives in a technology-enabled care environment.
