In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers, helping them integrate with Plaid's products and working closely with various teams to drive revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and own outreach to new companies, serving as the primary point of contact for new customers
- Help new developers get started with Plaid and answer questions about our products
- Identify the most promising developers and verticals to help us grow
- Work with our product and engineering teams to integrate customer and product feedback
- Collaborate closely with growth marketing to provide feedback and strategize on new content campaigns

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in financial services and technical products, a desire to get more technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of Plaid's APIs
