Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives and drive growth
- Conduct complex data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities
- Build and maintain data models and pipelines to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, opportunities, and process improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Strong statistical knowledge and ability to apply statistical methods to solve complex problems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Data modeling and ETL experience, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and seek alignment
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with power user status highly desired
