Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR functions, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. As a Remote HR Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interview Coordination and Support: Conduct interviews with potential Respite Companions, maintain interview records and feedback, and provide timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  2. Hiring and Onboarding: Run background checks, support the hiring process, prepare offer letters and new hire documentation, and facilitate new employee onboarding.
  3. Payroll Administration: Assist in payroll preparation and processing, ensure accurate and timely collection of employee timesheets, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  4. HR Administrative Support: Maintain employee records, provide administrative support, and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company-wide events.
