As a Case Management Coordinator, you'll help members navigate healthcare by: Conducting evaluations using care management tools Scheduling appointments, connecting members with services Enhancing healthcare outcomes through advocacy & support Using motivational interviewing to drive behavior change Collaborating with case managers and medical directors Ensuring documentation meets compliance and quality standards What We're Looking For (Must-Haves - Seriously, Don't Skip These): ✅ Bachelor's degree REQUIRED in behavioral health or human services: (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, Marriage & Family Therapy, etc.) OR ✅ Non-licensed Master's-level clinician with a related degree If you don't meet the above education requirements, we cannot consider you for this role.
