Responsibilities - Plan, Design, Write, And Publish Technical Documentation For The Cloud Database Service Including Critical Customer Journeys, Concepts, And Guidelines For How Customers Do Business.
- Work Closely With PMS, Engineers, UX Researchers, And UI Partners To Identify Critical User Journeys And Create Information Architectures That Help Customers Along These Journeys.
- Collaborate With Cloud Database Authors To Continually Improve Practices And Deliver An Excellent Customer Experience.
- Collaborate With Cross-Functional Colleagues To Drive And Prioritize Technical Writing.
- Mentor And Support Other Authors On The Cloud Databases Team.
