Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all arenaflex Fitness products, programs, and member resources. - Answer inbound calls promptly, professionally, and courteously using arenaflex’s telephone system. - Accurately capture call details, member information, and inquiry specifics in the designated CRM platform. - Provide clear, policy‑aligned answers to member questions regarding enrollment, program features, billing, and wellness resources. - Maintain positive, respectful interactions with both internal teams and external members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. - Collect and process necessary co‑pay or payment information when applicable, ensuring compliance with financial procedures. - Escalate complex issues to the Research Team or Supervisor, supplying all relevant documentation for swift resolution. - Analyze recurring concerns, identify trends, and propose process improvements to enhance member experience. - Utilize all available resources—including knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal experts—to resolve unique or challenging inquiries. - Adhere to strict confidentiality standards, safeguarding member data and program details at all times. - Manage call volume efficiently, meeting service level agreements for response times and follow‑up actions. - Participate actively in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. - Support other arenaflex departments by contacting clubs, members, or partners as requested. Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. - Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call‑center setting. - Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or fitness industry is a strong plus. - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based applications. - Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a quiet, dedicated workspace. - Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional telephone presence. - Strong written communication abilities for accurate documentation and email correspondence.
