This fully remote position involves handling a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims, and FEHA disputes.
Responsibilities
• Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters , including wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims, and FEHA disputes
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3+ years of experience in employment law, with focus on Wage & Hour, PAGA, and FEHA
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
